Malta’s Futsal National Team is officially gearing up for the FIFA Futsal World Cup Qualifiers, with Head Coach Roberto Menichelli announcing a 19‑man provisional squad ahead of a week‑long training camp starting on March 30th. The squad will train intensively until April 4th before travelling to Horning, Denmark, on Easter Sunday.

Malta has been drawn into Group A for Phase 1 of the qualifiers, where they will face hosts Denmark, Andorra, and Scotland on April 8th, 9th, and 11th. The coaching staff emphasised the importance of this preparation period, noting that the team is eager to build momentum and refine tactical details before the crucial fixtures.

Supporters can expect exciting updates in the coming days, with special news set to be announced for futsal fans and followers of the national team who wish to watch the matches live. The squad returns to Malta on April 12th.
