Justin Mifsud Embarks on 24-Hour Solo Race for Puttinu Cares

Justin Mifsud will take on yet another extraordinary challenge this Saturday, 13 December, as he competes in a 24‑hour solo endurance race at the World Pro Racing facility in Montekristo. The event forms part of his year‑long fundraising mission in aid of the Puttinu Cares Foundation, a cause he has already supported with over €6,000 raised for children undergoing cancer treatment.
Having already completed two solo endurance races this year, Mifsud is now pushing himself further with a third attempt, aiming to reach a total of €10,000 in donations. His goal for this race is to raise an additional €4,000 a target he describes as “worth more than any trophy.”
Mifsud will livestream the entire 24‑hour effort, giving viewers a full onboard perspective as he battles fatigue, maintains focus, and manages split‑second pit stops for tyres, fuel, and brief breaks. While several teams will participate in the event, Mifsud stands alone as the only driver committing to the full 24 hours solo.
He has dedicated this race to AJ, a young life recently lost, and emphasises that every hour on track is a tribute to families supported by Puttinu Cares. To encourage donations, the highest contributor will receive an original Formula 1 cap signed by top drivers including Charles Leclerc, Oscar Piastri, Yuki Tsunoda, and others.
