Thunderstorm Could Hit Maltese Islands This Sunday

According to the Meteorological Office, Sunday could bring thundery showers to the Maltese islands, but the forecast is not yet fully certain.
The week is set to continue on with cloudy weather into next week, with some isolated rain showers hitting during different days.
But rougher weather is being expected to hit at some point during the weekend, with Sunday seeming to be the most likely candidate.
Between Sunday 1st November and Monday 2nd, an average of 12.8mm of rainfall was recorded (up until Tuesday 3rd), with 143.8mm of rainfall recorded from the 1st of September.
