Alex Borg Marks 100 Days As Nationalist Party Leader

Alex Borg marked his first 100 days as leader of the Nationalist Party with a rally outside the PN Headquarters.
Speaking during the rally, Borg outlined the changes he has begun to implement and the direction he wants the party to take.
In his speech, Borg said the first months of his leadership had been focused on restoring trust, strengthening the party’s organisation and modernising the way it works.
He announced the publication of the party’s financial accounts, stressing that the party’s debt had remained stable and that a plan to reduce it would be presented in the coming weeks.
Borg spoke about initiatives aimed at listening more closely to citizens, including the NISMA’ consultation process, a dedicated policy team for Gozo and the launch of a Youth Think Tank.
He also pointed to a rise in party membership and new crowdfunding efforts, among them one to start the party’s first official podcast.
